- Do you provide the treats for treat catching?

Please bring your doggo's favourite treat if they have any allergies.
If not, I do have Organic treats and Peanut butter at the studio.
- What to expect during the session?

Your pet will be given time to adjust to the studio and sniff around. They sometimes need time to adjust to the environment and the texture of the backdrop.
I will gradually introduce them to the camera and lighting using lots of treats and then we will begin the sessions.
Throughout the session they will be given lots of treats to keep their eyes on the camera and for treat catching action photos. We will be using toys, props, peanut butter, bubbles and more to capture some beautiful memories.
Feel free to bring your own props and their favourite toys if you wish to capture these.
- What happens after booking?

You will be sent a contract for signing and a questionnaire just to help with getting to know you and your pet a little bit more. Here is where you can include any additional props you would like to bring along.
You will also be sent the studio address for specific location.
- How to prepare for the photoshoot?

Grooming - You can admit that some dogs look a tad bit funny when they are freshly groomed. You would know when your dog looks their best so schedule the booking a few days after the grooming if you wish.
Props - Bring along any props you wish to use for the photoshoot - Glasses, scarfs, hats, head pieces etc. We also have a selection at our studio.
Treats - Lots of treats will be used during the session so please feed them less throughout the day.
Energetic dogs - Take them on a walk before the session so they can focus during the photoshoot.
- What payment options do you accept?

Only E-transfer payments are accepted at the moment.
$50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance to be paid on the day of the photoshoot.
- How long is the typical wait?

Usually 1-2 weeks for delivery of final images.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?
-
Cancelling at least 48 hours in advance results in a full refund of the deposit.
Cancelling within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the photoshoot will result in a refund of only 50% of your deposit.
Cancelling within 24 hours of the photoshoot will result in no refund of the deposit.
